Developing the next generation of Athletes.
Every pro team has a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Every collegiate program has a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Some athletes even hire additional coaches.
Yet, parents who did leg press in high school and young athletes who watch Tik Tok have it all figured out and don’t need one.
Are you going to trust someone to do your hair who isn’t licensed or experienced?
Are you going to let some random bum perform surgery on you without a med school degree, years of practice, and a specialist in their field?
Just because you pushed two plates on a leg press years ago, doesn’t mean you’re the best option for training your young athlete.
Tom Brady had his own personal trainer, and we saw how his career turned out…
If you have a young athlete, l encourage you to let them workout. Let them workout to develop a healthy routine with exercise. Let them workout to build confidence. Let them workout to see how effort and consistency lead to progress.
We start our young athletes with fitness programming tailored to their age, sport, and goals.
Once we’ve developed a foundation, we can begin to evolve into more sport specific programming; focussing on position, level of competition, skills, etc..
