Motivation is fleeting. It is near impossible to stay motivated all the time. I can't tell you how many times I've woken up and just wanted to say, "Screw this," or "just five more minutes (of sleep)"; or, "the gym will be there tomorrow." We've all fallen victim to these excuses at some point in our fitness journey because life happens. However, cultivating discipline and creating the right mindset will ultimately lead you to success, even on the days you do not feel like it. That is where we come in.

At Will Doran Fitness we believe that having a fit body and mind is absolute, you cannot have one without the other. Fitness is not just about how fast you can run a mile, how much weight you lose, or how great you look, but also having a fit and healthy mindset.

At Will Doran Fitness, we understand that you want to feel confident in your body, to have the energy to keep up with all of life's demands and stay healthy and active. We strive to equip our clients with the education, motivation, and tools to ultimately achieve their fitness goals. We have seen firsthand the difference that having the right personal trainer can make in your fitness journey. With over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, we have worked with hundreds of clients from all fitness backgrounds and are eager to embrace yours.

Interested in training? Contact us below and you'll get a link to a questionnaire in your email.

Fill it out fully and submit.

Let's Meet

Once we receive your online questionnaire, we will reach out to you to schedule a fitness assessment to discuss your lifestyle, your nutritional habits, your fitness background, and most importantly your fitness goals.

We will also take your body measurements to establish a baseline for DAY ONE and then perform a small 30 minute workout to get a feel for your current fitness level while making sure we are a good fit to work together.

Let's Work

If we are a good fit, we will begin training (in person) as soon as possible.

Give us a week to complete all nutritional and online programming; perfection takes time.

For Online Clients, once you have your plan, follow and put in the work. We'll check in weekly to track progress, modify, and answer any questions you may have.
